On yesterday’s Good Morning America, and as part of the show’s “50 and Fierce” series, Robin connected with three experts on how to stay healthy physically at 50 and beyond. She walks viewers through her new workout routine (yoga!), and then talks with nutritionist Rachel Beller, Dr. Oz, and AARP’s Health and Fitness Ambassador – and tennis legend – Martina Navratilova. All three give Robin tips on how to stay healthy at 50.
