Stephen Colbert Shows His Fatherly Side on 'Ask a Grown Man'

Stephen Colbert is infamous for satire in his role as a highly conservative political pundit on Comedy Central's "The Colbert Report." Now Colbert has shown that he can be just as genuinely paternal and caring as he is sarcastic.

Colbert, 50, took to the Internet answering questions for Rookie Mag's 'Ask a Grown Man'. The father of a daughter, 18, and two sons, 15 and 12, dished out advice on questions about intimacy, dating and misogyny in society.

Being sincere didn't prevent occasional glimpses of Colbert's usual witty self. "Honored to be considered a grown man," he said in his opening remarks. And asked how you can tell that someone is trying to show interest in you, Colbert joked, "Cookies are also a really good sign that somebody likes you, if they bring you cookies."
