Q: The woman I married two years ago doesn't really know how to make love to me. I am 68, and my wife is 57. I still have the drive to have sex, but she is not used to initiating the first move. She doesn't like to kiss and isn't romantic at all. When I listen to soft music to try and get things started, she asks me why I play sad music. I have been patient with her as she tells me to try and work with her. But this is a very slow process. I need to know what I can do to help our sex life.
I returned home from an extended business trip last night and, as I feared, I'm not sure my beloved Dad remembered me. As Alzheimer's continues to slowly take over his brain, Daddy's ability to remember key people in his life has been fading. But there are two people he still knows without fail. I guess I should say two souls really, because one is his dog, Jackson. The other is the love of his life, Patricia - my Mom. Dad is devoted to Mom with all his heart and soul. And he has stayed by her side through many an illness and hospitalization.
Anyone who knows me knows I love a good argument. The one on the table today at AARP... will you watch Kate Middleton wed Prince William? At... 4... a... m...
