Governors Talk About Local Health Care Reform Initiatives

For those who don't know about the "medical home" movement, here's the gist: it aims to deliver more comprehensive care to a patient than they would normally receive. It gives patients one primary care provider to help them with all of their health care needs. Sounds pretty neat, right?

Well Jim Douglas (R-Vt.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) are two governors who have the programs in their states, and talk to AARP's "Inside E Street" about how they not only improve the quality of care for older adults, but also offers preventive care in its efforts. Check it out.
