Try to Reduce Your Risk:
- Don't wear loose-fitting clothing when cooking, nothing ruins a meal more than a sleeve on fire.
- Use a timer to remind yourself when to check on food that you may have in the oven.
- Don't be in a rush while preparing a big meal, rushing can lead to accidents.
