Make sure to check out this Bulletin article about how to stay cool in this inferno.
But, just because it's hot out doesn't mean you have to become a hermit! Be sure to monitor your activities and time in the sun to reduce your risk for heat-related illnesses, wear a hat to protect yourself from the sun, and drink plenty of water throughout the day to replace lost fluids. Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink. ;)
Another helpful tip - Lower your daytime electric bill and avoid peak temperatures by visiting public places with air conditioning. For more tips click here!
Also be sure to call and check up on family and friends and make sure everyone is doing as well as you are in this hot hot weather!
