Danny & Annie from StoryCorps on Vimeo.

Danny and Annie's 27 year romance... "If I don't find a note on the kitchen table, I think something's wrong." "Well, the only thing that could be wrong is I couldn't find a silly pen."
Yeah, that video killed me this morning.
Once you're done with that... Morning headlines: The trapped Chilean miners send out a video... they're skinny-looking, but seem in good spirits. The Pakistan floods are destroying most of that nation's skeleton infrastructure... and as Iraqis prepare for US troop withdrawal. Gen. Odierno: "[Iraq] is moving forward a little bit economically. Its security forces are improving. Its diplomatic efforts are improving. Its governmental functions are improving." Contra: "The idea that Iraq is being left in a good position is utter nonsense," from a senior Iraqi statesman.

When was the last time you were in a movie rental store? Blockbuster is declaring bankruptcy... the rest of us and our Netflix queues shrug.
TIME summarizing the recent 9th District Federal Court ruling: " Government agents can sneak onto your property in the middle of the night, put a GPS device on the bottom of your car and keep track of everywhere you go. This doesn't violate your Fourth Amendment rights, because you do not have any reasonable expectation of privacy in your own driveway -- and no reasonable expectation that the government isn't tracking your movements."

Well then. Happy Friday.
