The just-published Whole Body Reset, which details an AARP-developed strategy for reversing age-related weight gain and muscle loss at mid-life and beyond, has landed on the New York Times Best Sellers list. The book debuted at number two on the Times' Advice, How-To and Miscellaneous list.
Written by AARP executive editor Stephen Perrine and coauthor Heidi Skolnik, The Whole Body Reset lays out simple dietary changes people can make as they get older to adapt to their nutritional needs and lose weight. The plan was approved by an international board of doctors, nutritionists and fitness experts.
